We will only ship to the billing address on the credit card. The credit card must be the person ordering ourproducts. All fraud credit charge charges will be forwarded to Las Vegas Metropolitan police financial crimes division. RETURNS:All returns will require a return authorization number. (1). The RA # must be requested on or before the 10th Business day. (2). All items with a valid RA# must be returned within 15 days from original sale date. Chopper Shox is open Monday through Friday 9a.m. through 5 p.m. Call 702-683-5143. You will need your original invoive inhand when calling. You can also email dave@choppershox to request return authorization number. Include order details. Emails must be dated and the time must be within business hours to qualify for return auth. Weekends and after hours email or voice mails will not be counted after the 10 day period.Our return system does not allow out of date returns due to pre set parameters. Return must be in uninstalled, new condition. Returns without a valid RA on the outside of the box will be refused.(3).A 25% return fee appplies to all orders. Original shipping is not refundable. All items returned without an RA # will become property of Chopper Shox after 30 days. All orders will require customers to click agree with these policies. All customers agree with these policies by clicking " I agree" or " Agree" in the store checkout process with all items.. Warranties. All items with exception to any single shocks or items used with single shocks i.e. seat pans, front mount and tabs are covered for a period of (1) one year from date of original purchase by the original purchaser. No warranty offered on any single shock items as formentioned. All dual shocks and dual shocks systems and components are covered for the one year warranty. Installation or cost of shipping is not covered. Any and all damage caused is also not covered. Any warranty items must have original sales invoice and will return shipped to original shipped address at purchasers expense.. Policies updated July 29, 2012.
