No returns after 14 days. . A 25% restock fee applies, shipping is non refundable.

 RETURNS


1)If there has been a mistake in your order which is unlikely because I pack all order personally, contact us immediately.
2) We must have the shipping date and invoice number in order to process your return.
3) Returns must be made within 14 days from original order date. An authorization number must be on the outside box of all returns or they will be declined..
4) Please return the item(s) in the original carton(s) and include any promotional items you received. I.E shirts. If items are not returned full price for missing items will be charged..
5) Package the return item(s) in such a manner as there will not be any damage during the return to Chopper Shox. If any damage returns will be voided.
6) All items  returned within 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If a package is non-deliverable there will be a fee for reclaiming the item from the post office. This will be a time charge of $55 per hour or part of the hour, plus the restocking fee if the item is to be returned. No returns accepted after 14 days. No return on installed or damaged items..Products must be returned as delivered and must be able to be resold. All returns will require a return prior authorization and no returns on leather DIY kits since these are cut to order. If items are returned without a prior authorization ,items will be kept until return postage is paid to return the items to the sender.
